Got Leaves? Seniors Can Hire A Westport Student To Help WESTPORT, Conn. -- Looking for help with your fall chores? The Westport Department of Human Services may be able to help. The Commission for Senior Services offers a list of middle and high school students who are willing to work small outdoor jobs such as raking leaves or shoveling walkways, the department said. Family Fun Day Comes To Holly Pond School At Darien YMCA DARIEN, Conn. -- The 19th Annual Darien Family Fun Day, hosted by Holly Pond School and open to the public, will take place at the Darien YMCA on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature pony rides, arcade games, a magic show, bouncy houses and arts and crafts, as well as pumpkin decorating and a homemade bake sale.
