Two Concordia College Students Receive Scholarship BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Longtime Bronxville resident and Concordia College benefactor Elinor Urstadt presented the Elinor Urstadt Scholarship Aug. 25 at the college's opening service.The service was in the Sommer Center for Worship and the Performing Arts.
