William 'Pat' Schuber To Discuss Cuba At Harrington Park Library HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. -- William "Pat" Schuber will discuss "The Spanish/American War and U.S. Involvement in Cuba" Oct. 5 at the Harrington Park Library.  The Harrington Park Historical Society's guest speaker has written scholarly articles and co-authored books on history, leadership and homeland security. A retired captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Schuber also has traveled to Cuba three times and walked up San Juan Hill. Schuber will speak at 7:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
