Kent Library To Have Teen Black Light And Chocolate Parties PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Kent Public Library will host the Teen Black Light Party from 5-6 p.m. Aug. 3 and the Teen Chocolate Party from 4-5 p.m. Aug. 8.  For Teen Black Light Party, attendees will bring a plain black or white T-shirt and decorate it with neon fabric paint and engage in glow in the dark activities and enjoy snacks.
