Free CPR Instruction Offered At Darien YMCA DARIEN, Conn. -- Darien EMS - Post 53 will offer free CPR instruction to members, employees and guests of the Darien YMCA. Members from Post 53 will offer 10 minute instruction sessions on CPR and AED usage on June 27, July 11, July 18 and July 25 from 9 to 11 a.m., and June 29 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The informal classes are free and do not provide CPR certification.

The community campout will include guided hikes, a pot luck supper, group breakfast, campfire and a toddler hike.
