Easton Woman Who Stole $380K From Greenwich Employer Sentenced To 1 Year
EASTON, Conn. -- An Easton woman, who stole approximately $380,000 from her employer, has been sentenced to 12 months and and one day of prison, followed by three years of supervised release with the first 12 months on home confinement, according to Deirdre Daly, U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut
According to court documents and statements made in court, Dawn Mininberg, 48, of Easton, worked for a company in Greenwich, where she provided financial services.

Chapel School Campers 'Use the Force,' Travel The Country
BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The Chapel School's recent Care Bear Camp centered on the theme of "Treasures Across America," an opportunity for kids at the school in Bronxville to virtually travel across the country.Through activities, they stopped in all of the 50 states, learning about the history and uniqueness of each.
The program included literature, arts and crafts projects, and in-house field trips.
The trips on-site included visits by the “Jedi Master,” The Nature of Things, Greenburgh Nature Center, Mad Science, The Maritime Aquarium and Dinosaurs Rock.
Rockland Resident, Former Nypd Officer Pursues Medical Career
ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland County resident Christian Saffran, 46, is retired from the New York Police Department and pursuing two doctorates, in neuroscience and medicine, according to The New York Times.
Saffran is pursuing the degrees at Weill Cornell Medical College. He will complete them when he is in his mid-50s, The New York Times reported.
