The hunt will begin at 1 p.m. at the Chappaqua Crossing Property, Route 117 Roaring Brook Road. The event is sponsored by the Chappaqua Fire Department. There is no rain date scheduled. The Easter Bunny will be walking around downtown Chappaqua from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Katz: State Budget Should Be Open WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Obsession with an on-time budget trumps legislators' responsibility to read, understand and report to our constituents about the budget and all its $142.5 billion parts before we vote on it.  We will see the majority of the budget a few hours before we vote. I can't think of anything more bizarre and irresponsible than feeding this governor's obsession at the taxpayers' expense. Oh, by the way, we've been told there is not one tax cut or any relief at all for small businesses and middle class taxpayers in this budget.
