Linda DePreta, 71, Lifelong Stamford Resident
STAMFORD, Conn. – Linda Boccuzzi DePreta, a lifelong Stamford resident, died on Monday, March 9 at home. She was 71.
She was born on Sept. 3, 1943, to Gerardo and Grace (Lionetti) Boccuzzi. DePreta was a hairdresser for 53 years, having worked at Chateau Coiffure in Greenwich and J. Pierre Salon in Stamford. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. DePreta was a constant presence at her grandchildren's football, baseball, lacrosse games and dance recitals, which brought her unending joy.

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Dorothy Zraunig, of Bronxville, died on Tuesday, March 10, 2015.
She was the beloved wife of Carl Zraunig. She is survived by her nephews, Edward C., Charles C. and John R. Balen; her niece, Dorothy B. Hinkley; and five great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Gloria Balen.
Calling hours will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fred H. McGrath and Son Funeral Home, Bronxville, with a funeral service to follow at the funeral home.
Eugenia Rosenthal, Of New Rochelle, 89
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Eugenia (Leight) Rosenthal, of New Rochelle, died on Thursday, March 5, 2015. She was 89.
Born April 15, 1925, Rosenthal grew up in the Pennsylvania countryside, raised a family in New Rochelle and taught nursing at City College of New York. Her unfailing cheerfulness and optimism were a delight to all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Don Thulin; her sons, Harry (Lisa) and Robert; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Julian Rosenthal, M.D.

Theresa DeLuca, 98, Of Stamford, Former Specta-Tech Employee
STAMFORD, Conn. – Theresa M. DeLuca, 98, of Stamford, died on Thursday, March 12.
DeLuca was born on Oct. 31, 1916 in Calitri, Italy to Vincenzo and Micheline Zabatta.
She worked for Spectra-Tech as an assembler until the age of 77, when she retired. She was the consummate homemaker, a wonderful mother and enjoyed cooking for her family especially on holidays. As the outgoing person that she was, she enjoyed music and dancing.
