Tucker H. Machette, 82, Of Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. – Tucker H. Machette died Saturday, March 7, 2015. He was 82. Machette was born June 6, 1932 in White Plains, N.Y. He attended Williston Academy, graduated from Pleasantville Hight School and went on to play football at Lehigh University, where he earned a B.S. in 1959. He worked as a national sales manager at ITT Rayonier until retirement. An accomplished skier, he was a member of the National Ski Patrol. Every summer weekend he could be found on his beloved sailboats. He will be remembered by his wife of 58 years, Terry Wingate Machette; his children, Marc and Liz Mache…

Jones and Virginia Banks in Valhalla, N.Y. Jones had been a resident of Bridgeport for thirty years. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Morton's Mortuary Chapel, 25 Margaret E. Morton Lane, Bridgeport, Conn, with Pastor Donna Wade officiating. The viewing precedes the service from 10 a.m. To 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
