Ferguson's Harry Bennett Branch In Stamford Hosts Story-Telling Event STAMFORD, Conn. – Stamford's Ferguson Library will be hosting a event with story-telling for all ages on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 5:30 p.m. at the Harry Bennett Branch. Tellabration, an annual International Celebration of Story, is a program of stories for all ages, with storytellers including Glenn Harper, Ann Shapiro, and Laconia Therrio. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children, and $20 at the door. For ticket information, call Dan Greenberg at 203-323-1191. The event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Stamford. Students At Royle In Darien Celebrate Veterans Day DARIEN, Conn. – Royle Elementary recognized Veterans Day with a bright parade held outside the main entrance of the school on Tuesday. All the children wore red, white and blue in celebration of veterans, and the school choir performed the national anthem. Eastchester Public Schools Holding Local Food Drive EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Eastchester Public Schools will hold a food drive to help local families in need during the Thanksgiving holiday.
