Alice Hourican, 88, Of Hackensack HACKENSACK, N.J. – Alice Hourican (nee Kelly), of Hackensack, died Friday, Dec. 11. She was 88. She worked for Metpath in Teterboro before retiring. Hourican was predeceased by her husband, James; and is survived by three children, James, Laura and Damian; siblings Margaret, Patricia and Daniel; and two grandchildren. Artuso was born in Suffern, N.Y., living in Montvale before moving to Midland Park in 1996 and working as the director of graphic services at ICC Lowe Pace in Parsippany for 12 years. She was predeceased by her father George Lehmberg and her father-in-law Louis Artuso. Stephen Valyou suffered injuries to his lungs and liver when he was shot by a sniper in Iraq, and he is paralyzed from the waist down, TWC News reported. His new home will be built to his modifications and can be controlled through an iPad, reported TWC News.
