Bar Shooting: Suspect Nabbed After Incident In Shelton A 32-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly firing shots during a fight at a Shelton bar.  The incident took place during the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 11 at the Center Street Social in Shelton. Officers responded to the club after receiving a call for shots fired when the business was closing and a fight erupted between several men, said Det. Richard Bango, of the Shelton Police. Hampden County resident Yaseri Cortes, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was struck around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19 in Hartford County.
