The incident took place in New Haven around 5:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 22 on Blathcley Avenue. Armed Standoff: 28-Year-Old Apprehended After Hours-Long Incident In Hudson Valley A 28-year-old Hudson Valley man was apprehended after an hours-long standoff with police. The incident began in Dutchess County around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 21 Pleasant View Road in the town of Poughkeepsie. Just after 9 a.m., a deputy from the Sheriff’s Office’s Civil Division went to the home of Shawn R. Magliocchino in Poughkeepsie for the purpose of serving an eviction warrant, said Capt. Teen Duo Who Stole SUV May Be Involved In Pair Of Shootings, Danbury Police Say Two Danbury teens have been arrested for allegedly stealing a Honda CRV that may have been involved with two shootings in the area and taking police on a high-speed pursuit. The incidents began in Danbury around 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23 when officers responded to Mill Ridge Road for two separate shots fired complaints, police said. Judith Williams, age 42, of New Haven, was killed around 6:15 p.m., Monday, Jan. 22 on Whalley Avenue near Hudson Street in New Haven. Capt. 'Untimely Death' Under Investigation After Body Found Inside Windham County Home State police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a Windham County home. The man was found around 11 a.m. in Willimantic on Monday, Jan. 23 by the Willimantic Police who responded to a report of an "untimely death," at a home on Aspen Place, state police said. The blaze broke out in Ulster County in the town of Rosendale around 2:45 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 22 at 267 Mossy Brook Road.
