She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Greenwich Boy Places Fourth At Junior Tennis Nationals Several local tennis players were part of the Brewster Tennis Team that finished fourth recently at the 2015 USTA Junior Team Tennis 14U Intermediate National Championship in Cayce, S.C.James Cosby, of Greenwich, Conn., Krishna Koka, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Lea Letourneau, of South Salem, N.Y., and Allison Yu, of Stormville, N.Y., took part on the Dec. 3-6 championships. Family: Yonkers Man Shot By Police May Have Fled Out Of Desperation YONKERS, N.Y. -- The family of a 36-year-old man who was fatally shot Tuesday by a police officer in Yonkers says he may have fled out of desperation, according to a story on Westchester News 12.Miguel Espinal was killed after a police chase from the Bronx into Westchester, Westchester News 12 said. Teens Can Watch A Movie, Eat Mac And Cheese At Monroe Library MONROE, Conn. -- The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library in Monroe will host a teen dinner and movie from 6-8:30 p.m. Friday.The event is open to teens in grades 7-12. Teens will choose the food and movie for the next meeting. Then they'll add mix-ins to a plate of mac and cheese and watch the movie chosen by kids from the previous month. Teachers At Westlake HS In Thornwood Receive English Excellence Award THORNWOOD, N.Y. -- Michael Laterza and Vincent Iovane, who teach English at Westlake High School in Thornwood, received the very first New York State English Council’s Collaborators of Excellence Award for their excellence in team teaching.
