Eastchester HS Students Win Best Legislation Award At Yale Model Congress EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Eastchester High School students Joanna Georgiou and Ryan Herrschaft both won the Best Legislation Award in their committees at Yale Model Congress (YMC). Their bills were the best, both in terms of writing and presentation, out of the 15 delegates in their respective committees.  Georgiou's bill focused on benefit coverage for corporate contract employees and Herrschaft's bill advocated specific prison rehabilitation programs.
