Wappingers CSD Provides Update On School Start Time Survey WAPPINGER, N.Y. -- Wappingers Central School District made a second attempt to send out a survey regarding the change in start times for the 2016-17 academic year on Jan. 7.  A technical glitch in the SchoolMessenger program delayed the survey attempt scheduled for Jan. 6.  In the glitch, any introductory audio WCSD recorded would not play. WCSD states that all survey responses are being recorded despite the glitch.  If the date is incomplete as a result of the issue, a third survey will be conducted.  Click here to read the update.
