Deandre Parsons, 18, was spotted pulling a ski mask over his head by Narcotics and Organized Crime squad officers that were driving by on routine patrol. Norwalk Man Gets Nearly 6 Years In Prison For Trafficking Heroin NORWALK, Conn. -- A former resident of Norwalk was sentenced to 70 months in prison for trafficking heroin, according to Deirdre M. Daly, U.S. attorney for Connecticut . Omar Andrade, 29, of Mexico, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Vanessa L. Danbury Pet Shop Owner Pleads Not Guilty To Witness Tampering DANBURY, Conn. -- The owner of a Danbury pet shop pleaded not guilty to two charges of felony witness tampering on Wednesday, according to The News-Times. State Prosecutor Jonathan Levin told The News-Times that the investigation may lead to additional charges of misdemeanor animal cruelty against Richard Doyle, 55, of Mahopac, N.Y. As previously reported, Doyle owns American Breeders on Federal Road in Danbury as well as a store in Mohegan Lake, N.Y.
