Brookfield Man Charged With Bail Jumping In Yorktown BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Yorktown police arrested a Brookfield, Conn., man on a charge of bail jumping in the third-degree.  Justin O. McCurdy, 26, was accused of not appearing in Yorktown Justice Court on the required date in regards to a pending case, nor within 30 days thereafter voluntarily. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond by the Yorktown Judge Gary Raniolo. Unable to post bail, McCurdy was remanded to the custody of the Westchester County Jail.
