Applications Being Accepted For Rockland Youthfest CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Exhibitor applications are now available for businesses and non-profit agencies to participate in YouthFest 2016.  For 17 years, YouthFest has featured nearly 200 vendors and exhibitors to inform residents about programs and services throughout Rockland County. Elmwood Park Reminds Residents About Snow Shoveling Rules ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Winter is here and Elmwood Park officials have issued a seasonal reminder to residents about how to remove snow.  First, residents should remove snow and ice from their sidewalks within 12 hours of daylight after snowfall. Also, residents should not simply push snow into the street.  Additionally, fire hydrants should be cleared within 5 feet of all directions so they can be safely used in the event of an emergency.  If the accumulation of snow covers a street or highway, then an emergency will ensue during the fall of snow and for a subsequent period of 24 hours that…
