Westport Police Promote Four Officers Friday WESTPORT, Conn. -- The Westport Police Department will promote four officers in a ceremony on Friday, Dec. 11.  Sergeant Anthony Prezioso will be promoted to the rank of lieutenant. He was hired in 2006 and received the Samuel J. Luciano award after graduating at the top of his class at the Connecticut Police Academy.  Prezioso was appointing acting sergeant in January 2013, promoted to permanent rank of sergeant later nine months later. Midland Park Schools Appoint Special Services Director MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- The Midland Park Board of Education approved the hiring of Ann Marie Bruder as director of special services, reported NorthJersey.com. According to NorthJersey.com, Bruder will assume her new responsibilities Jan 11. She will succeed the resigning Christina Gouriage.
