Sullivan Correctional Facility Officers Cleared In Death Of Inmate WOODBOURNE, N.Y. -- Three officers at Sullivan Correctional Facility were cleared in the death of inmate Karl Taylor, according to a report on Time Warner Cable News. Twenty inmates were interviewed and gave testimony as part of the investigation, according to Time Warner Cable News. A grand jury declined to indict the officers.  Taylor died from cardiac arrest earlier this year after an altercation with the three correctional officers. They were made by Party Planning by MelisB. Ten percent of the proceeds will benefit Friends of the Northvale Library.

County Executive Marc Molinaro Offers Advice To Oswego Mayor DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro and County Legislature Chairman Rob Rolison met with Billy Barlow, Mayor-Elect of the City of Oswego on Tuesday to offer advice. At 25, Barlow will become the state's youngest current mayor when he takes office next month.  Molinaro previously served as the country's youngest mayor at 19 for the VIllage of Vivoli in 1995. He emphasized the significance of building consensus, transparency in government and listening to constituents.
