Funeral Set For Teen Killed In Yonkers Police Pursuit
YONKERS, N.Y. -- Wake and funeral services have been set for Jerry Crawford, the 16-year-old Yonkers teen who died following a crash as he fled police on Warburton Avenue. Cousin TaQuan Gray has confirmed Crawford as one of the two teens in the crash, according to lohud.com. Crawford died on Sunday. A wake will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Yonkers on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Calling hours will continue on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m., with a funeral service to follow. Stamford's New Covenant Center’s Harvest Table Sets Fundraising Record
STAMFORD, Conn. -- New Covenant Center's 5th annual Harvest Table Fundraiser set a new record for money raised. More than 260 people attended the sold-out event to check out marketplace vendor demonstrations, bid on silent auction items, listen to guest speakers from Blake Hill Preserves and win raffle prizes. All proceeds will support New Covenant Center meals, food pantry and human services programs. The fundraiser took place Nov. 8 at The Italian Center.

Breakfast With Santa Returns To Towne Crier Cafe
BEACON, N.Y, -- Towne Crier Cafe in Beacon will host Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 5. Tinsel, Little Santa and Elf Bob will distribute craft ornaments for kids to work on while they enjoy a buffet breakfast and Christmast coloring books. Santa will visit each table to speak with children and hand out candy canes while parents take photos. Breakfast is $15 for adults and $10 for children. SOUTHPORT, Conn. -- Pequot Library's annual "Holiday Caroling Party and Open House" returns Dec. 18. Ardsley High Wins Morgan Stanley Youth Business Competition
ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- Ardsley High School won the top prize at Morgan Stanley's African-American Men of Westchester's Youth Business Skills Case Study Competition. Yonkers Montessori Academy and Saunders Trades and Technical School won second and third place, respectively. The competition featured approximately 150 area high school juniors and seniors coming together to hone their business analytical and problem solving skills. It took place at Morgan Stanley's Purchase campus on Nov. 13.
