Mount Kisco Church Plays Host To Charis Holiday Concert MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Charis Chamber Voices will perform a program of holiday carols and music for "Candlelight Christmas" at two area churches this weekend. Charis will perform at Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco on Saturday and at Bedford Presbyterian Church on Sunday. Both concerts begin at 4 p.m.  Founded in 1994, the Charis chorus features 38 men and women from Westchester and Fairfield counties under the direction of Art Sjorgen.  Tickets are $25 or $20 for seniors and students. Man, 23, Who Failed To Maintain Lane In Beekman Charged With DWI BEEKMAN, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a man from LaGrange for driving while ability impaired by drugs today. Andrew M. DiMaggio, 23, was stopped by troopers for allegedly failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. The arresting officer concluded he was impaired following an investigation at the time of the stop.  A State Police Drug Recognition Export reportedly confirmed DiMaggio was impaired following an evaluation.  He was directed to appear before The Town of Beekman Court on Dec. 17.

Art-Strings Ensemble Offers Free Concert At Westport Library WESTPORT, Conn. -- The Art-Strings Ensemble will perform a free concert at Westport Library on Dec. 6.  They will perform a set of holiday music traditions, including waltzes, opera, jazz and pop.  The Art-Strings Ensemble formed in 1998 and features Alexander Abayev and Mikhail Kuchuk on violin, Boris Deviatov on viola and Stan Orlovsky on cello. Teen In Yonkers Police Pursuit Accident Dies YONKERS, N.Y. -- A 16-year-old boy involved in last week's police chase on Warburton Avenue in Yonkers has died, according to lohud.com. The teen died Sunday, lohud.com said. The 14-year-old girl involved in the chase is still in critical, but stable, condition. As previously reported, on Nov. 23 police pursued a stolen 1997 Dodge Ram van with the two teens, which crashed into the car of Sharlene Stinson during the chase.
