NTSB Releases Report On Fatal Titicus Reservoir Plane Crash NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report on a recent plane crash in the Titicus Reservoir.  According to newstimes.com, the cause for the accident remains unclear. Trumbull High Graduate Dies After Rollover Crash On Thanksgiving TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Anthony Teixeria, a 21-year-old Trumbull High School graduate, died Monday afternoon after a rollover crash on Thanksgiving morning, according to Trumbull Times. Teixeria died of head injuries on Nov. 30, the Times said. He was riding with four other passengers in a Nissan Pathfinder that flipped before landing on its passenger side at about 1 a.m. Thanksgiving in Beardsley Parkway, the Times said. Hudson River Water Levels Are Projected To Rise The New York Department of Environmental Conservation recently presented new sea-level rise projections that call for a dramatic rise in the Hudson River levels.  According to Poughkeepsie Journal, the new projections predict a rise between 10 and 54 inches for Hudson River levels by the 2080s, with the "medium" projection calling for a 25 inch increase. Stratford Nursing Home Fined By Department Of Public Health STRATFORD, Conn. -- The state Department of Public Health has fined four nursing homes by at least $1,000 due to residents being cut, abused or neglected, according to a story on ctpost.com. According to ctpost.com, Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, of Stratford, was among the four homes fined.
