Youths Fighting Tops North Castle Police Blotter
ARMONK, N.Y. -- A report of youths fighting tops a list of recent incidents reported by the North Castle Police Department. Police officers Horesky and Sabatella responded to a call regarding the incident, but the alleged fighters fled prior to their arrival. In another incident, a patron at Shell gas station reportedly yelled, "I'm going to get your ass" to the complainant in response to the price of gas before driving away. A complainant and property owner at Evergreen Row reported that some of his tools, equipment and other items were missing upon arriving at the premises. …

Lodi Police Talk Cyber Bullying With Junior Academy Cadets
LODI, N.J. -- The students of Lodi Junior Police Academy recently came together to address cyber bullying. During Police Academy Week 6, platoons were divided into their respective groups and worked with instructors to cover the topic. Trout Unlimited Demonstrates Fly Fishing At Wood-Ridge Memorial Library
WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. -- The Wood-Ridge Memorial Library will host a fly fishing demonstration by the East Jersey Chapter of Trout Unlimited. In fly fishing, an artificial "fly" is cast using a fly rod, reel and lightweight line. In contrast to other forms of fishing, it requires different casting techniques to make the nearly weightless fly go far. Call the library at (201) 438-2455 to register for the program.
