MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- The Mount Vernon City School District will host an informational session for parents of students identified for the Gifted and Talented Programs at Mount Vernon High School on Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. Students that scored in the 95th percentile or higher on the RAVEN assessment were invited to take the OLSAT assessment in July.
