Upcoming Darien Senior Programs At The Mather Center DARIEN, Conn. -- Nobu will teach an acrylic class on Mondays at the Darien Senior Program at Mather Center beginning Sept. 14. A Darien resident since 2003, Nobu has painted scenes of Darien, New Canaan and the countryside. She has designed the cover of the Darien Parks and Recreation Department brochure since 2008.
