Two Putnam 22-Year-Olds Charged After Vehicle Theft BREWSTER, N.Y. -- A pair of 22-year-old men from Putnam County are facing a series of charges in connection with the alleged break-in of a vehicle Monday in Brewster, according to New York State Police. Anthony J. Palumbo, of Brewster, and Patrick Holder, of Patterson, were arrested Monday in connection with the day's incident in which tools were taken from a vehicle at the Milltown Road and Old Milltown Road intersection in Brewster, said police.
