Missing-Pet Group Returns Rosie To North Salem Home NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- A dog who was missing from its North Salem home was reunited after 12 days by Buddha Dog Rescue & Recovery.The organization sighted Rosie on camera within a day of her family contacting it for help. Rosie had gone missing from Mountain Lakes Park. The organization suspects the large dog endured "extreme heat, storms and wildlife" while lost, said the notice. Pawling Library Gains $5K Grant For Tech Materials PAWLING, N.Y. -- A 3-D printer and science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, materials for students will be paid for from a $5,000 grant the Pawling Library will get, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. "Students need access to state-of-the-art equipment and programming" to become "creative, critical thinkers," state Sen.
