Pawling Library Gains $5K Grant For Tech Materials
PAWLING, N.Y. -- A 3-D printer and science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, materials for students will be paid for from a $5,000 grant the Pawling Library will get, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. "Students need access to state-of-the-art equipment and programming" to become "creative, critical thinkers," state Sen. Terrence Murphy, R-Yorktown, told the Poughkeepsie Journal of the grant, which Murphy secured, according to the Journal.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Roman influenced cuisine at White Plains restaurant Pax Romana received a "very good" rating in a review in The New York Times.And while the city does not resemble Rome, the dishes there, which include "cacio e pepe" and "spaghetti carbonara," both cited, are valiant creations, said the article.
