Stony Point Legislator's House Sold In Auction STONY POINT, N.Y. -- County Legislator Douglas Jobson's Stony Point house was sold at auction in March for $185, 665, far lower than its listed price, reported lohud.com.The sale is proceeding, lohud.com said, citing court documents. Jobson reportedly tried to hang on to the 10 Hoke Drive house, which went to foreclosure in January, according to lohud.com. He reportedly did not attempt to make modifications to its loan, and with foreclosure expenses, it grew to be $500,000, court papers revealed last month, said lohud.com. Cat Missing In New Rochelle NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle owner of a brown tabby or tiger cat, Nina, nicknamed "Bean," is looking for her pet that went missing Monday. Despite posting flyers around the city and information on social media, the feline's whereabouts Wednesday remain unknown. "We miss her so much and just want her home," said Jessica Ryan, the cat's owner. She went missing in the Sycamore Park neighborhood, off Boston Post Road, bordering New Rochelle and Pelham.
