Gallante, 62, of Lake Peekskill, N.Y., and charged her with driving with a suspended license and using an electronic device while driving Monday, March 16, according to police. Officer Keith Fortunato was on patrol when he said he observed Gallante texting while operating a vehicle that was traveling east on East Main Street in Yorktown.
