'Real Housewives' Star Builds In Franklin Lakes, Puts Wayne Home On Market
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. – Kathy Wakile of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" has put her Wayne home on the market after the Franklin Lakes mansion she and her husband built was finished, according to NJ.com. The couple bought the house in 1995 for $340,000, and are now selling the home for $800,000, the story said. Their home in Franklin Lakes was custom-built and took two years to complete, reported NJ.com. The couple purchased the empty lot in Franklin Lakes in 2013 for $675,000, the story said. MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – The Westlake High School football team has advanced to the Class B semifinals for the first time since 2010. The Wildcats will take on Albertus Magnus High School on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Westlake athletic field. Both teams finished 4-2 in the league and 6-2 overall.

Girl, 11, Reports Possible Attempted Abduction Near Bridgeport School
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – An 11-year-old Bridgeport girl reported a possible abduction on her way to Roosevelt School on Tuesday morning, police said. Officers responded to a call about 9 a.m. on Norman Street near Fairfield Avenue, where the girl reported she was approached by a black four-door vehicle with a broken front headlight, police said. BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – A man is facing multiple charges after striking two Bridgeport police cars with the Mercedes he was driving on Monday while trying to escape the scene of an accident, police said. Anthony Cameron, 25, was arrested and charged with evading police, striking two marked police vehicles, recklessly endangering his wife and child, possessing marijuana and more stemming from Monday's incident. Norwalk's REI Gives Employees Day Off For Black Friday To Get Outdoors
NORWALK, Conn. – Recreational Equipment Inc., better known as REI, announced that all of its 140-plus stores, including the location in Norwalk, will be closed on Black Friday, according to Forbes. CEO Jerry Stritzke said the move fits with the company motto of "being outside makes our lives better" and will allow employees to avoid the crush of the aisles on that big shopping day and get outdoors. Danbury Police Bust Five On Drug Charges On Main Street
DANBURY, Conn. – Five people were arrested last week as part of a drug bust by Danbury police on Main Street, according to the Danbury News-Times. Police got a tip that 44-year old Alex Marks was selling drugs in the city, and officers witnessed a deal, the News-Times said. Marks and his passenger were arrested in the car, with Marks facing charges of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and four other charges, reported the News-Times. Two Garfield Buildings Demolished After Sunday Fire
GARFIELD, N.J. – Two buildings severely damaged by a three-alarm fire in Garfield Sunday night were demolished, according to NJ.com. The buildings at 101, 103 and 105 Jewell St. suffered serious damage, and the buildings at 103 and 105 were demolished, the story said.
