The seminar will focus on strategic study skills that can be used throughout the student's lifetime. Warm December Affects Snow Budgets Across Hudson Valley PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – The warm temperatures throughout December have affected winter snow-removal budgets all over the Hudson Valley, according to LoHud.com. Municipalities traditionally set their budgets at an average of what they've spent over a certain number of years, noted LoHud.com. While rumors persist that the entire GTS unit may be sold off, it may not affect workers in Dutchess County, noted the Journal.
