'Do The 9 P.M. Routine,' Police Warn After 2 Vehicles Stolen Overnight In Easton Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles after two vehicles were stolen overnight in Fairfield County. The two vehicles were stolen overnight on May 15 or May 16 in the Lower Easton area, said the Easton Police Department. One vehicle was located due to a GPS device, police said. Officers said residents should do the "9 P.M." routine where they lock all vehicles and doors to their homes at 9 p.m. each night.  In addition, if you have a GPS location device in your vehicle, make sure it is active.

Man Nabbed For Heroin, Crack Sales In Darien, Police Say A man was charged with the alleged sale of crack and heroin following an investigation into drug sales in Fairfield County. Bridgeport residence Marc Busanet, age 23, was arrested in Darien on Friday, May 12 following the investigation, said Sgt. Dan Skoumbros, of the Darien Police.
