Scarsdale Library Unveils Architectural Plans For 21st Century Revision SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- A celebration called "Books, Bites & Blueprints" will be held at the Scarsdale Library on Dec. 3, at 7:30 p.m. All village residents are invited to kick off the holiday season with food, drink and music.  The architectural plans for the new 21st Century version of the Library will also be revealed for the first time in public. Tickets, at $50 each, may be purchased here.  The evening is being hosted by the Friends of the Scarsdale Library. The Scarsdale Library is at 54 Olmsted Road.

This year's event is in memory of the late Stephan Quigley, the foundation's first president and founding member. The event is sponsored by the Tuckahoe School Foundation. Millerton Man Arrested On Second DWI Charge MILLERTON, N.Y. -- A Millerton man was charged with his second DWI-related incident, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.Jaime Choc Cuc, 33, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, the Poughkeepsie Journal said. State troopers stopped Choc Cuc's 2001 BMW on Saturday when he failed to stay in his lane on Route 22. He had blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, twice the legal limit, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
