JCC Rockland Offers Girl Power Fitness Program
WEST NYACK, N.Y. -- JCC Rockland will offer the Girl Power personal empowerment and fitness program on Wednesdays beginning in November. Girl Power offers educational programming on self-defense, body image and hands-on creative projects, as well as physical education in the form of Zumba, yoga, meditation and more. The program also offers social mixers and is open to girls in grades 5 through 6 and 7 through 8. Participation is $160 for members and $200 for the general public.
