North Salem Library Holding 'Nighttime Arts' Series NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- Ruth Keeler Memorial Library will hold a "Nighttime Arts" series on Mondays in August.  The series is an informal get together for anyone that wants to create. Participants can work on one of the library's ongoing projects or bring their own. Some of the library's projects include altered books, collage, painting, knitting and artist trading cards.
