Rotary Club Of Wilton Seeks Host Families For Exchange Student From Japan WILTON, Conn. -- The Rotary Club of Wilton is seeking three families to host a high school student from Japan.  Each family will welcome the student into their home for about three-and-a-half months from September 2015 to June 2016. The exchange student will be attending Wilton High School. The program kicks off at 6:30 p.m. June 24 with a hero movie. White Plains High Seniors Awarded Jandon Scholarships WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. --The Westchester County Board of Legislators, in collaboration with the Jandon Foundation, recently awarded the Jandon Scholarship to three seniors at White Plains High School. The winning students were Maria Angelica Garcia, Alisa Choubay and Reyna Chavarria and they will attend Mercy College, Fordham University and SUNY/Cobleskill, respectively. Each student received $12,000, which will be awarded throughout their four-year college careers. In "The Grand Budapest Hotel," star Ralph Fiennes is framed for murder and teams up with the titular hotel's new lobby boy to prove his innocence. Yarn Bombing Installation Takes Over Pehlam Art Center PELHAM, N.Y. -- The outdoor courtyard at Pelham Art Center will feature a yarn bombing installation called Knit Knit Bomb Bomb from June 26 through Aug. 31. Yarn will cover tree branches, benches and stretches of the center's brick walls. The community knitting project is led by Maureen McCourt and Gail Heidel.
