Julia Foster, 83, Of Darien
DARIEN, Conn. – Julia Randolph Foster, of Darien, died Oct. 5. She was 83.
Foster was born Dec. 16, 1931, in Rahway, N.J., to Robert and Frances Randolph.
She grew up in Westfield, N.J., attending Wells College in Aurora, N.Y. as a Spanish Language major, studying in Mexico.
Foster was predeceased by her parents, and is survived by her step-sister, Susan (Shy) Bourgeois; three daughters, Sarah Foster Erickson, Marguerite Bonney Foster, Susan Kelly Foster; and two grandsons.

NORWALK, Conn. – Olga Montoya, of Norwalk, died Oct. 17. She was 67.
Montoya was born Aug. 14, 1948.
She is survived by her husband Segismundo Montoya; daughter Maria Gutierrez and her husband Alvaro, son Edward and his wife Sandra, son John and his wife Marcela, daughter Gabriela Lopez and her husband Ramon, 11 grandchildren and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A Catholic service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 229 Danbury Road, Wilton, with a gathering at the church hall after Mass.

Marie Perrotti, 86, Of New Rochelle
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Marie Perrotti, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died of cancer Oct. 19. She was 86.
Perrotti was born June 2, 1929, in Mount Vernon, to Michael and Louise Lorusso.
She was predeceased by her parents, and is survived by her husband Thomas; three children, Loretta Daniele and her husband Bruce, Ginny Priaulx and her husband Robert, and TJ; five grandchildren, and her sister Ann Gelardo.

Vincent John 'Jack' Nolan Jr., 88, Of Wilton
WILTON, Conn. – Vincent John 'Jack' Nolan Jr., of Wilton, died Oct. 18 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. He was 88.
Nolan was born July 29, 1927, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Vincent John Nolan Sr. and Agnes Sharples.
He joined the U.S. Navy in 1944 and served in Japan during the end of World War II.
After his service, Nolan founded Nolan Associates of Wilton, serving as the company's president.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother Richard 'Dick' Nolan, two sisters, Phyllis Southard and Marijane Barry.

Frank J. Muscara, Sr., 87, Of Wyckoff
WYCKOFF, N.J. – Frank J. Muscara Sr., of Wyckoff and formerly Franklin Lakes, died Wednesday, Oct. 14. He was 87.
Muscara was born in Paterson, before moving to Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was stationed at the Norfolk naval base. He founded Frank Muscara and Son Inc. in Franklin Lakes before retiring in 1995.
Muscara was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn, and is survived by his son Frank and his wife Pamela, daughter Lynn Garbe and her husband Gregory, and two grandchildren.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – Jack C. Wasdyke, a longtime resident of Saddle Brook, died Oct. 16. He was 73.
Wasdyke was born to Carrie (nee Bakker) and Gerard Wasdyke, graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, William Paterson University and Montclair University.
He taught at Edison School in Union City, Pascack Valley and Pascack Hills High Schools and Bergen Community College, moving on to become an administrator at Franklin Elementary School in Saddle Brook, Saddle Brook High School and Helen I. Smith Elementary School before retiring in 2000.
