Stephen Buchanan, 27, was one of 10 men arrested as part of the sting operation which took place over the first weekend of October. Melissa Espinoza, 28, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a second DWI, resisting arrest, second-degree assault of a police officer and unlawful possession of marijuana.
