Elaine Woolworth, 84, Of New Canaan
NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Elaine Antonia Fanoni Woolworth, a longtime New Canaan resident, died Tuesday, Oct. 6 at Stamford Hospital. She was 84.
Woolworth was born June 21, 1931, in New York City, to Vincenzo and Mae Shields Fanoni, growing up near Washington Square in Greenwich Village.
She became a nationally competitive amateur golfer while attending the Brearley School, winning the Eastern Women's Amateur at Wingfoot and reaching the quarterfinals of the National Amateur at Weeburn Country Club.

William Keller, 84, Of Southport
SOUTHPORT, Conn. – William Keller, of Southport, died at home on Tuesday, Oct. 6. He was 84.
He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Keller.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Oct. 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home, located at 50 Reef Road in Fairfield Center.
Services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment with military honors will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.

Duhaney Christopher "Kurt" Watson, 37, Of Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Duhaney Christopher "Kurt" Watson, of Bridgeport, died Sunday, Sept. 27. He was 37.
Watson was born Dec. 25, 1977 to Leopold and Vera Senior in Jamaica.
He is survived by his parents, two sons, Kidal D. and Roger L. Watson, three brothers, Angelo Watson of Ohio, Ernest Samuel, and Doujuan Watson of Stratford; five sisters, Rushel Sewell of Ohio; Sheree Campbell of Canada, Enajasha Samuel, Deniea Watson and Paris Watson, all of Stratford; and several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
