RYE BROOK, N.Y. — Glenn P. Davis, of Rye Brook, died Sept. 30. He was 64.
Davis was born on July 17, 1951 to Pearl Horowitz Davis and Louis Davis.
He graduated from Mamaroneck High School and attended Post University in Waterbury, Conn., going on to own and operate FUNtastic Amusements in Rye's Playland Park for over 40 years.

Franco Calcagni, 76, Formerly Of Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Franco Calcagni, formerly of Bridgeport, died on Monday, Sept. 28 in Arce, Frosinone, Italy. He was 76.
Calcagni is survived by wife Sandra; children Fabio and Giuseppina; four siblings, Adele Mastronardi; and husband Tony, Antonietta Zurlo and ex-husband Pasquale Zurlo, Chiara and husband Alfredo, Eleuteria, and Mario and wife Rosa; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 3 at noon in St. Andrew Church, located at 435 Anton St. in Bridgeport.

Shrub Oak Pirates Split Msbl Playoff Doubleheader With Westchester Mets
YORKTOWN, N.Y. — The Shrub Oak Pirates split a doubleheader on Sunday with the Westchester Mets in the Men's Senior Baseball League playoffs as the teams began the best-of-three finals.
Shrub Oak won the opener, 6-2, as pitcher John Boro threw a complete game, and Westchester rallied in the second game with four runs in the seventh inning to win 7-4.
The teams are tied at a game apiece, and the deciding game is set for Sunday, at 9 a.m. at Lakeland High School.
