Carney was born to James M. and Elizabeth (Whitney) Carney in New York City. He served in the Army was was stationed at Germany and Austria. He retired from the New York State court system. Jameson was born in Stamford to Francis and Ruth Berges Schiaroli. She attended Low-Heywood School (now King School), and then attended Bennett Junior College in Millbrook, N.Y. Jameson worked in various executive assistant positions in New York City and in the Stamford area. Westchester Publisher Pleads Guilty To 30 Charges WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.. – Westchester-based newspaper publisher Sam Zherka pleaded guilty to federal charges as part of a plea deal on Thursday night, according to reports. Zherka plead guilty to 30 charges, including tax fraud and submitting false loan applications. He faced a maximum sentence of 300 years had he not pleaded guilty, according to News 12 Westchester. Kenneth Hill,  33, was shot in the neck Monday while sitting in a car on Lake and Morningside streets, and died at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.
